Doctor took his time to explain my diagnosis and why he recommended an additional procedure. He listens to me and is very understanding. I feel very comfortable with him and he is extremely knowledgeable

First time. Everyone was courteous. Asked to be put on cancellation list. They called and I was able to be seen immediately. I need a procedure and they made all calls to insurance company .Very pleased.

Was told colonoscopy couldn't be completed due to a curvy and long colon and then was told he would no longer be at Cape Coral office on day of colonoscopy. Ordered a virtual colonoscopy which was very painful and won't explain results of the virtual only ordering more tests without explanation. He referred my to Naples without explanation and without my approval. Seems as though I've been dropped by that practice since he transferred me to Naples without my approval.
