Paul Zbair was excellent and very efficient - he kept us informed and was very quick with the initial application process. Once the application left his hands to go to underwriting or whatever the next step was, it slowed to a snails pace and I was not kept informed of where it was or what was causing the delay. It took 4 months to get to a closing - nothing to do with Paul's service.
