This is my second time I work with Mr. Zbair, I don't think that I can find a better person than Mr. Zbair to deal with when it come to get a mortgage loan or refinance. Mr. Zbair is professional, knowledgeable, a problem-solving, closes on-time and most important that he always kept me updated. Paul was AWESOME! I went through the company because of the great discount through Walgreens. Even though he wasn't from around the Lake where we bought, he made himself available, even after hours!! He had a great assistant, named Sara Grant! She also was Sun h an asset to getting thing to run smoothly even when we hit some snags. Paul was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was always there to answer questions any time of the day; from phone calls to text. This was one of the big decider factors as to why we decided to use him. At other places, it would take days to respond but not with Paul. As soon as I texted he would respond back within minutes. He is friendly and trustworthy and explains things in a way that is easy to understand for someone who is a first time home buyer like us! Highly recommend.
