I was referred to Dr. Suchanova by my primary physician after he noted a high level of calcium in my blood. Dr. Suchanova did a good job of looking for obvious issues and then recommended that we pursue the problem until we knew the cause. After some additional tests, she was able to determine that one of my parathyroid glands needed to be removed. I was very surprised to hear that surgery was needed, and slightly worried about it. I am so glad I found Dr. Suchanova. I have had sinus surgery twice before meeting with her. She was able to quickly determine what needed to happen for my situation and recommend the surgery that needed to be performed. My case was one of the worst she has ever seen and she fixed me! Dr. Suchanova was excellent. She explained everything thoroughly, performed the surgery, and was excellent at following up after the surgery. I was confident in her skills the whole time. The hospital that she uses is very organized and provides excellent service as well. As a whole, this was a much better end to end experience than the last time I had a similar surgery. I would like to remind other people possibly reading this that not being able to breathe from the nose influences the overall energy level, quality of sleep but also the ability to do cardiovascular exercise such as running. I moved to Texas from Michigan in 1981. I never experienced allergies, until I lived here 15 years. Then it really hit me hard!
