All the vets are so so kind and threat our pets as if they are their own. The skill and expertise of the vets is superb; without question the best in the area. I especially like Dr Alvarez and Dr Thomas but every vet there is excellent.

We had two of our three Dachshunds in yesterday. Our 4 month old was due for shots, and our 8 yr old needed (unfortunately) some teeth removed, which required minor oral surgery. The staff was very polite and courteous, as always, and they did a great job with both our girls. We have been using Paw Prints for years, and we'll keep on using them because of the great job they do.

Called last week to get my dog in for an allergy issue my dog was having that caused an itch so bad he was infected. The other vet we had been going to since day one said they couldn't give him more Apoquel , which had helped so much the first time it happened I was thoroughly confused. I called Paw Prints and they got me in the same day for an evening appointment without charging me for an Urgent Care visit. I called yesterday morning to get one of my cats in for an issue she was having. Connie made me an appointment for the afternoon but assured me she would work her in sooner if she got worse. We kept the afternoon appointment...the vet was very thorough with her and did some tests, which were explained in great detail. They kept her overnight but I received a call first thing this morning that she was doing better. She is still there as an additional procedure was being done, but hopefully I'll be bringing her home later day.... read more
