Dr. Welch is fantastic. My pets have always received kind, compassionate care. She is detail oriented and reviews their medical history before their visit. Also, their curbside service for the corona virus is working well. I was skeptical about not accompanying my pet for vet care but it's worked out really well. She always comes to the car to update me on my pet's visit and needs.

For the past 15 years Pawleys Island Vets have taken care of our fur babies. They have cried with us when we lost fur babies and they have celebrated when we have adopted new ones. When I call or email, I get an immediate caring response. The most recent was yesterday, Sunday, when I sent an email because I was concerned about growths on our 10 year old pup. Dr Welch takes great care of my grand dog Chloe.
We just moved to Pawleys Island, and we found a lump on our sweet baby girl! We found this place by our next door neighbors . Thank God we did take her there. Because they removed the lump and they found that she had cancer. The doctor and staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend this veterinarian hospital.

Dr. Welch is amazing as is the entire staff. We have seen many of Veterinary Doctors over many many years, Dr. Welch is without a doubt the best Doctor we have had, she genuinely cares and takes her time to get to know you as well as your pet. My Beautiful Wife and I cannot give Dr. Welch and her Staff the highest recommendation possible. Do yourself a favor and take your pet to Pawleys Vet Hospital and ask for Doctor Welch.

The staff is so friendly & Dr Kiningham is wonderful. He takes the time to talk over your concerns. When we moved to this area we had to find a vet for our 3 dogs...the one being 12 and towards the end of his life....their compassion was greatly appreciated when we had to make the difficult decision to let Ace go. Totally reccomend!
