My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The office is well run; the people at reception and back office are so friendly and professional. It was just the dental team that I was looking for and am used to in my previous town. It could not have been better. Dr Pugh was thorough and not in a hurry. My treatment was fine except when my temporary crown came off and when I called I did not receive a call back right if way; once I received a call back the following morning,, Dr. Pugh’s staff got me in right of way and took care of me. Dr Pugh is the only dentist I’ve had in my long life who keeps me at ease. I’ve always had difficulty going to a dentist until I started going to him. Great crew, really take care of you right.
