I was very impressed with all the safety measures that were taken to keep both staff and me as a patient safe. Everyone that we interacted with were professional as well as friendly. Always feeling so welcome and comfortable at each and every visit. Pam always does a great job.
Dr Pugh as well his entire staff are the best of the best. Professionalism at its finest, from the time I make the appointment to walking out the door. My teeth were not in the best of shape and I never smiled. That changed 12 years ago when I became his patient, very thankful to him and his team.
Amazing staff that Dr Pugh has put in place. Every team member executes flawlessly. The level of professionalism and courtesy is first in class.
Excellent as is usual. The hygienist, Trish, is amazing. Lynn and Amy, both in the front office, are always pleasant and extremely helpful. Dr.Pugh is a very knowledgeable dentist and has a good ‘’bedside manner’.
