The hallmark of Paychex is clerical incompetence. The worst fault that an HR company can have! I am blown away by the idiotic decisions that they make, and that cost me money. I’m 2017, I got so frustrated with their disorganization that I quit them altogether and rolled our IRA funds over to a new vendor. Only they didn’t transmit everything.
