Undoubtedly, Oasis Outsourcing is an excellent Professional Employer Organization (PEO). They have quality Human Resources Services, Employee Benefits, Payroll Administration, and of course Risk Management. I 100% recommend Oasis Outsourcing to small to mid scale businesses!

Paychex is a horrific company to deal with. For the past three months, I have been trying to get them to process an organization resolution to make me the administrator of our company 401k. I am the sole business owner and sole surviving board member as of my husband's passing in February. Every time I faxed it, they said they never received it. The incompetence of this company's staff is absurd. They added another state to all of my employees so they had double wages to report for tax income in 2 states. Took months to fix after multiple hours spent with calls and emails on my part assuring me it was fixed and then it wasn't. After I closed our account and moved to ADP, they reported 1st quarter earnings in a year we were not their client. Again doubling income for tax reporting. PAYCHEX, like 90% of all payroll processing vendors, sell their confidential client payroll information to the major credit bureaus. Most people are TOTALLY UNAWARE this happens. Further, as a employee working for a company that uses PAYCHEX as a payroll processing vendor, you dont have a right to object, refuse or opt-out of this weird data share arrangement. This is a terrible company. I agree with the reviews of the other posters. They were sued for inappropriately rolling over 401K funds. They refused to allow me to withdraw from a program during the open enrollment period, and told me I needed to contact the other third party company. The third party rightly told me Oasis was responsible for the open enrollment change. Oasis refused to make the change and the open enrollment period passed and I couldn't make the change. Our company was growing fast and we decided to go with Oasis. First 2 months were awesome. They give you a "team" and the best of the best to work with. After 90 days they send you an email that states your implementation is complete and you will now be handed over to a new team that is equally as talented. Customer service is horrible they have no clue of anything and always seem to have to refer back to someone else. I have used several payroll companies and must say that by far this is the worst. You are farmed out to about 5 different people to get set up and they all come at you for different information at random times, Just when you think you've provided everything to them they continue to ask for more - never ending - difficult set up. The website is horrible - not user friendly at all compared with other payroll companies. I will never ever use this company again!! I am not sure giving Oasis Outsourcing even a 1 star is worth it. This company is the most unproffessional group of people I have ever had to work with. They will not take responsiblity for there own actions. Stacy, Valary and even the Presiden tof the company flat out lied. Blamed Atena and the Federal Government. I attempted to obtain their EIN (employer identification number ) they would not give it to me. I thought this was public info? What are they hiding, a big secret?
