Excellent location, very clean! Excellent location - we were able to quickly walk into Fredericksburg each day we were there. Our unit was very clean and well-maintained. We stayed in one of the suites - we traveled with our one year old and liked having plenty of room to set up her pack n play. They had cookies and snacks set out at the check in area, which we appreciated after a long drive. The bottles of water and complimentary bottle of wine were a nice touch! Well appointed, clean, just as pictured family-run hotel within easy walking distance of downtown. NA Bed was very comfortable, including the sleeper sofa for my son. Staff was extremely friendly (even the local cat who also greeted us). Continental breakfast was cereal, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, OJ, coffee, tea and milk.

Great stay in Fredericksburg. The room was very large with a kitchenette, very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The receptionists were very friendly AND they have friendly cats too!! Easy walk to Main Street in Fredericksburg to visit the shops and restaurants there. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Good location walking distance to town. Cute court yard environment. Units are a little dated but still very comfortable. Loved the complimentary bottle of wine. Great value for the money. Definitely will check it out again. P S very friendly cats too.
