The only issues we had was the pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. There is no seating for the continental breakfast. And the serving area small. So you are on top of each other when trying to get your food. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. While an older place our accommodations were larger than expected. Despite the other issues it was a nice stay.

Was very clean. I bring plug ins along with me .. glad I did , the room was clean , yet there was an old building smell to it. The pool had bugs in it. Hot tub was out of order. . We were only needing the room for one night, so it met our every need with a clean shower and clean bed with clean linens. Was within 15 minutes to the ranch we were there to see. Thank you Peach tree inn for your accommodations.

Love the Peach Tree. Old, quaint, recycled furniture, but always very clean. Bed was so comfortable!!!! You feel like you are in a home, not a motel. This is our third trip using the Peach Tree, we were offered and accepted the Blue House for same price as a regular room. We had a great back yard and had our own private pool!

Very peaceful just around the corner from restaurants and shopping. Older place but well maintained. Nice hot water.

I had requested a quiet room, but the first room assigned was on the corner of the highway and another street. Fortunately the receptionist changed the room, which was quieter and clean. However, there wasn't a real breakfast, or a place sit and eat, just a coffee bar with pastries and cereal which had to be taken back to the room to eat. Also thought the room was very basic, and was probably built many years ago.

The cleanliness was superb and the room setup was really nice with a large shower. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. There was not much to choose from.

It was the perfect place, location and price. Everything good. Parking was great, even had its own covered parking next to the unit. Only thing is that it smelled a little musty but once your are inside for a while then you dont smell it anymore unless you step outside them come back in. I would definitely stay again.
