My experience with her was good. She listened, and explained.
I went to doctor King with a persistent sore throat and reflux concerns. He spent all the time I needed with me and was sure to address all of my questions. I would highly recommend.
Nice guy. Caring. Listens to what I say. Skilled.
My left vocal cord was paralyzed for 10months because of spine surgery he gave me my life back by fixing my vocal cord!! Thank you Dr King
Dr. King, in my opinion, is excellent. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, takes time with you to explain things etc. A very good experience!
Waited over an hour in the exam room listening to what was going on outside the door. Doctor came in and lied about what the delay was. Spent 5 minutes with me. Was in a big rush to get out the door.
Run away from this practice! By the time you visit a specialist, you will have probably already seen your GP. If you schedule an appt with Dr. King, you will be seen by a PA who has less medical training than your GP. The PA I saw, was terrible, he didn't really listen to me, and according to the doctor at another practice who actually examined me following my unsuccessful visit the Peak, the PA missed the fact that I had an inner ear infection. Dr Mills didn't even bother to check my daughter's nose or ears with known sinusitis. Every question I asked him, I received no explanation. E.g.: Mother: "Could this be causing ear pain?" doctor's reply: "could be". Mother: "could this be giving her headaches?" doctor: "maybe". He suggested nose spray and gargling even though I explained she had being doing such for 2 years. He suggested that she was "snoring" and that was causing her throat pain. Bad bedside manner. I was sent to Dr. King at Peak ENT about an incidental finding of a mucous retention cyst in my throat. He told me I needed surgery to get it out and that it wasn’t that invasive and healing would be 3 days. I asked if there were other treatment options he said no. In the pre op appointment with this Dr the story changed saying it would actually be a very invasive surgery I would have to go under general anesthesia and they would even have to intubate me and breathe for me!
