The absolute WORST receptionists I have ever dealt with from any doctors office. They are completely incapable of imputing records, working a computer, or the portal. They tried to double vaccinate my 3 year old on more than 1 shot today due to not knowing how to properly input vaccine records in the system and then looked at my dumbfounded not knowing what was happening when I said no she is up to date on one they mentioned which was her MMR. Came with the kisd sick and fever and they just told me that they was full and send me to a emergency care 1hour and 30 prior closing time, never answer the phone. defenitly I dont came anymore and never recomended again. Money talks first not the childrens health
Front staff are great but good luck seeing a Doc as she is hardly there.. Replaced by a Nurse... Never get a reply to the answer machein... Plus be prepared for at least a one hour wait...
This doctor is a thief. I have a 0 copay and they trying to charge me $75 for a visit. I called my insurance and even they said that I shouldn't be charged. Of course I'm filing a complaint with my insurance company. I would not use them.

Although your policy does not charge for a copayment, the amount quoted to you was due to a deductible that was not met with your plan yet. Still waiting to get this paper to have my daughters formula to be changed. Been over a month. No one seems to care. I'm very frustrated. Iam upset . All I want is the paper so that way she can feel better & actually want to eat & not up screaming because she's gassy and can't poop I've been telling the doctor . My daughter was suppose to get seen for her 1 month visit and to get the paper but they called me to cancel it & when I called to get the paper they said I needed to wait for the doctor to come back and it's been ove... read more

I think they have closed down. We have called and left voicemails every day for the past 4 days and had no calls back. Left voicemails each time, even had to go to the pharmacist in the hope they would answer them with nothing. I can only assume they have closed down. I wouldn't mind if it was for me but to ignore a health concern for my child is a no go. If they have shut down it would have been nice to know, if they haven't shut down then I wouldn't touch them again based off their complete lack of care for a child. As of ... read more
