Their professional staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The ONE thing that as long as my children have been going there that is so misleading is their logo. Children think they will see dogs at the downtown location because of it and it’s such a dissatisfier that they don’t. As an adult, the logo looks like a dentist for dogs. Either way, I think it’s time for some rebranding.

We had a 9am appointment today and arrived shortly thereafter, given that we were not informed that they had moved from the old location. Two hours later we still had not been seen. When I informed the receptionist we were leaving, I was assured we were next in line and that it would only be 5-7 minutes more. 10 minutes later, I noticed several children had been called ahead of us; maybe I'm not up to speed on what next in line means. All in all, a very poorly run operation. We will not be back.

Friendly staff. Terrible experience with my toddler for his first visit. I just don't think force brushing a 14 month old teeth while he is screaming crying is necessary. I didn't feel the dentist took the time to make him comfortable before she started. Maybe a good place for older kids, but not young toddlers. We will never return.
