Great service as always
My 2 year old daughter just had her first dental check up at Pediatric Dental Partners today. We were absolutely blown away by how sweet and friendly the staff were and how nice the facility was!!! They made her feel so unbelievably special and explained to her about all the procedures and tools in a way that she could understand. This was my daughter's first dentist visit. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made her first experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I'm so glad I was referred here!
Pediatric Dental Partners at Shreveport is a great place to take my kids. The environmental is so friendly and the attention is fantastic. My children can feel much confortable there while being attended. I highly recommend it!

Carleigh does well now getting her teeth cleaned. When we first started her appointments, she was scared! The staff is wonderful with her! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Visit was great but when it came to checking out they didn't know how to deal with our insurance???? I faxed over a copy of our new insurance 2 weeks ago about and they still didn't know what to do with it and I had to still pay full price. I want to make 2 more appts. for my other children but not sure if I will. I would appreciate it is someone would look into this matter and let me know if it has been resolved. Will my bill be sent to the insurance company?
