My 2 1/2 yr old little girl had an appointment today(first one!), and it was better than expected. My daughter is very nervous about trying new things, and really hates the doctors office due to past ear infections. TVs on the ceiling for the children to watch, and a private room for the younger ones, which need more help. They moved us to a private room, and we worked out a position that kept her legs/body in my lap, and I held her hands, while the dentist/hygienist had her head in their lap.
