Today was my daughter's first dentist visit, and I have to say that I was so impressed with Dr. Clapp and all of the staff at Pediatric Dental World. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations! They all really took the time to make my 3 year old feel comfortable and welcome. They did not talk down to her or over her (to me) but explained everything they were going to do in a respectful and engaging manner. As a mom, I didn't feel rushed or neglected in any way. We absolutely LOVE your office. The girls are actually excited to see the dentist. Your staff are always so friendly & we never have to wait! I truly enjoy the "parents only" room while I wait for the girls. Y'all ROCK!! See ya in 6 months :)
My son is 3 1/2 and it was his 2nd appt. He loved and wants to go back. I am so pleased how wonderful all the staff was.
staff and dr clapp are really great..friendly,and takes care of everything tht s supposed to be done!
I have never seen anyone more enthusiastic to go to the dentist than my kids. At the end of their appointment my son exclaimed "that was the best dentist visit ever"! Everyone is super friendly and obviously enjoy what they do!
