Friendly and courteous, very good team
Very professional and flexible My son was able to elect to have only topical anesthetic and a quick "yank" to remove his stubborn baby teeth, as he hated the injectable anesthetic. This empowered him and the experience was much better for everyone. They took his needs, his history, his personality, and his desires into consideration.
Amazing office and staff!! I took my daughter in for suspected lip tie and they were sooo good with her. She was spoiled by everyone in the office!!! They did the procedure for the lip tie and tongue tie same day as consultation and let me have all the time I needed to calm my little one after. Staff is so sweet! Office is incredible and cool! So glad I found them and can't wait to use them for all her dental needs!! If you need a pediatric dental office, I 100% recommend this office!!!!

Professional and patient It was my son't first visit after we relocated to the area. He needed seven deciduous teeth pulled for his orthodontic work. They were able to accommodate us and took great care and patience with him. They did everything they could to enhance his comfort and security and spent a great deal of time. We were greeted and given a tour of the beautiful facility too.
Another great experience! We love PDW! My daughter needed two baby teeth removed (recommendation by her orthodontist.) The whole experience was great! They were reassuring, patient and kind to her. They explained things in a way that she could understand and worked carefully to keep the experience pain free. Can't say enough wonderful things about this dentist!
5 stars My experience exceeded my expectations. Dr Clapp and his assistant were very thorough in the up front explanation of the recommended procedure. When the day of the procedure arrived it went exactly as described and resulted in a little boy continuing his good dental experiences with no fear of going to the dentist which is priceless for most parents. Thank you Dr Clapp!
Responsive and accommodating. Dr. Clapp and his were incredibly responsive when my 7 year old son broke his molar on a Friday night. Dr. Clapp called me and discussed options, including coming to the office to take X-rays on a Saturday! He provided me with times to come in the following Monday for treatment. He and the staff were so nice and knew exactly how to address the problem. They also knew how to talk to my son to get the treatment done quickly and correctly.
