I was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone I interacted with during my visit. They were all wonderful with my children, as well, with smiling faces. The video games in the waiting areas and the TVs in the exam room made it even better for my kids! It made me wonder why I hadn't switched to a different pediatric dentist sooner! :)
Came to the office for a second opinion and they were super nice and helpful. They explained everything that was going on and the steps that would need to be taken. I feel confident with the staff and their recommendations.
I am so glad that we were referred to this practice by a friend. Being on a Medicaid insurance, it is very hard to find a good dentist, and when you do they usually treat you like a number and like you are below every body else. Pediatric Dental World treated my family with the same respect that they would treat somebody who wasn't on Medicaid. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. All staff at PDW are absolutely amazing!
I was very pleased with our experience here yesterday, my son was very nervous and doesnt like Dr.s since he was a preemie, so he wasnt sure what was going to happen. The entire staff that came in contact with him was excellent explaining what was going to happen and re-assure him that he will be fine. At the end of this appt, he was a very happy and excited boy who now likes to go to the dentist. Thank you so much, so glad we found you and making this our new dentist home. We are so pleased with everyone at Pediatric Dental World. The staff are so great with my son and he actually said the next day, "I like my dentist." Pretty good for a 4 year old! Thank you all so much for taking great care of us!
