The office staff does not care to help you. I had a question about medication that was prescribed to my child that day. I called the office 5 minutes before they shut the phone line down (which is 30 minutes before the office is even closed). Dolores answered the phone and asked me to hold. I was on hold for 8 minutes before I was transferred to voicemail because she did not want help me. The office called me back a few minutes later let it ring once and hung up. Set up an appointment with this office at 10am. Waited until 11:15 and left. Ridiculous! My son had to sit for over an hour and we did not even get our appointment. Due to prior arrangements we could not stay for 2 hours. After I tried to call them multiple times and no response! I would not trust this place with your children's care. Beware!

I was looking for a new doctors office for my son who will be a year next week. There are not many near me in my current network and so I called this office. I called an hour after they opened and it said they were closed, so nobody turned the phones on. I then was able to finally reach them a few hours later. Was not updated that the facility had changed locations to edh. Arrived at the Folsom location, which is still listed as their current address for an urgent appointment for my child only to find a sign on the door that said they had moved. I called the office to let them know I needed their address and was told I could be seen if I made it to the new location in edh within 15 minutes. Dr. Gould is absolutely amazing, unfortunately you have to go through the front desk first. my child just broke her arm and we just called to ask if we were still patients because we haven't used this office in awhile. The women who called back was so rude and condescending. she needs to consider retirement because she clearly hates her job.
