Dr Oliveira is very patient when listening to his patients. He is also very kind & detailed when explaining his views & his decisions. He helped me through some very stressful times.
The wait time to be seen was a little long in the waiting room , but completely understand why . Dr. Oliveira is very thorough and listen to everything . He explained everything to me and told me where we will go from here . I felt very heard and see why I waited , it’s cause he truly takes his time in the room with you to listen and explain things . Dr. Olivera is very professional. He listens well and ask questions to clarify. We are going through process of elimination. I have had blood work done next will be to schedule a nerve test on a Monday. He conducted a neurological examination. I am very pleased with him.

After my first visit to Dr Oliveira I am very satisfied with his approach to my problems, explanation concerning their possible background and reasons and the ways to get closer to accurate diagnosis. His referral for MRI went fast through clinic administration. After two days I am in Baton Rouge Clinic imaging center, waiting for exam. Thank you, Doctor Oliveira!
I have no other specialist to compare with as Dr. Oliveira is the only neurologist I have seen. I feel he listens carefully and explains well what is known about my condition. He offered advice regarding things I can do to help maintain good health and be strong as the condition progresses. His staff is helpful and friendly. I feel I am receiving good care, and recommend Dr. Oliveira.

I have been under his treatment for the last year or so for chronic migraine. Within the last few months, my migraines had grown worse and has increased. I had researched some options I was interested in and had an appointment set up with him. We discussed my issues and the best medications to treat my chronic migraines. I can always call his office and speak to his nurse or email his nurse with any issues. Both are so very understanding.
