Dr. Saidov and his staff are amazing, I have been going to see them for about a year now and I look forward to seeing them. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to see a pain management doctor. Very pleasant staff and Dr.'s.... A+++ in my book.

Pegasus Pain Management is an amazing place and the decor is like an emerald boutique! Everyone that works here is so caring and professional and all of their services are exceptional. I suffered from extreme sciatic pain for 2 years. Surgery did not resolve the pain, nor did physical therapy, acupuncture and therapeutic massage. Still waiting in the lobby...appointment was set for 11:15, and I showed up at 10:56. It is now 12:22. A few people that came in after me are currently being treated...Don’t come here thinking that you are going to receive 5 star customer service...
SHADY as can be. WAY overcharged for my copay ($100 instead of $10), insisted I be in twilight for a lumbar injection (costing minimum $500 out of pocket). They will not refund the overpayment of copay because they conveniently have not received the payment from my insurance which was sent out over 2 weeks ago. Canceling my next appointment and going to a more reputable pain management doc. Oh and their Arlington location is trashy - doesn't even have proper signage.
I had told them I had already met my out of pocket maximum so I didn't owe any copays. First 3 visits were fine, then they started wanting the $30 copay. I told them again I had met my out of pocket maximum. They claimed that Cigna told them that I didn't. I called Cigna and was confirmed I did. However the billing person still wouldn't take no for an answer so I had to pay the $30 copay to see the doctor, (still waiting to get that reimbursed).
