RecommendedJuan B did a wonderful job figuring out why our Pella bedroom window latch did not close properly. The original installers were not employees of Pella. After three attempts by the original installers, including replacing a window sash(that in my opinion was not necessary), Juan B was able to figure out the issue. Juan B is an exceptional employee.
Juan B did a great job repairing our Pella door. He spent the time to make sure it was done right. After 2 other Pella service people did not fix it. He got it right. Thanks to Juan B!
