Yes, I would describe my experience here as fun, who knew. Before coming here, they had me fill out a "New Patient" form that asked the general questions as well as some "not so general" questions. They asked for a list of my favorite movies, music,etc so when I am there they could put it on especially for me. These questions showed me they valued their each patients individual needs.My appointment was set for 9:00AM and I was out of the office by 10:00AM. They were quick, efficient, thorough and friendly. i felt i received the very best ,and most of all honest evacuation of my dental health.i was not interested in trying to win a i -pod, or get smoother hands . that would have been a distraction from what i was there for . i was made to feel very conformable in respect to what i expected in regards to having my teeth cleaned, i know from visits else where it is not easy to do on some one who has gums that bleed . the care and concern was taken into consideration. i also felt that the cleaning appeared to be better than what i... read more
I highly recommend this dental practice. The entire staff from the receptionist to the dentist is extremely professional. The receptionist knew me by name after the first time that I came in. The equipment is state of the art - the best I have ever seen. If you are looking for a new dentist, I think you will be pleasantly surprised here. Rating: A+"
My experience during the first visit at the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Excellence was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their facility is top notch and is equipped with all the latest equipment and gadgets. Dr. Tau was very informative about the options for treatments and also explains everything in much greater detail so that you know what the procedure would be and what to expect with the treatment option that you choose. I would recommend them to anyone especially family and friends. "
Great team. Everyone is very knowledgable. Just bad if you are not tech savvy to some point. It all came at me way too fast. I was overwhelmed.
The staff is tremendous, as each member makes it a point to personalize the visit and is truly genuine and authentic. Dr Tau has a fantastic bedside manner as well, and he is very educational and keeps his patients involved in the process. I would highly recommend this office!
Hygienist-Dorthea was excellent!!! Very professional and lighthearted. I loathehaving my teeth cleaned but Dor made it as fun and painless as it could be.Dr. Tau and his staff are the best.This office is a must to visit!!!
