There are not enough words to describe the fabulous job Penny did in securing our investment home loan. I highly recommend her. She was responsive, easy to communicate with, always honest and upfront. She made me feel that my best interests were also her best interests. I am currently securing a loan for a vacation home in AZ. I wish I could work with Penny again. Unfortunately she is not licensed for that state. My current mortgage consultant is good, but Penny spoiled me.
Penny and her team are Awesome, they thought I was a little nuts to sell two homes and offer to purchase a third and wanted it done quickly, with their help and my great realitor we did it .
