I received a purchase on one of my listings in Chowchilla. After receiving the purchase contract, I received a phone call from Penny introducing herself and company. She also told me the transaction was going to close and the clients were more than qualified. Her information about the strengths of the clients made it an easy decision for the sellers to accept the purchase contract. Little did she know, I use BVM as my preferred lender and had already done my homework, so I knew this was going to be an easy sale.
