At the very beginning of the process we received a call from Brandon stating that our loan was denied because our present VA mortage loan with Pennymac was in default therefore we could not be approved for a government loan although we were never late or ever missed a payment. HOA documents were sent in 3 times and information that was on the first set of documents was requested a second time because someone didnt look over the document throughly checking that we are billed yearly and not monthly for HOA dues.
