Great in emergencies! My son chipped his tooth, knocking off a fair-sized chunk of a molar. We had time constraints due to an upcoming trip. We were able to get an immediate appointment. And Dr. Ballard was able to assess the damage, explain in detail what needed to be done, AND get all the work done in the same appointment. That was EXTREMELY helpful! We love this place!
Everyone was professional and friendly
Excellent hygienist, thorough, friendly and gentle! Nicole is wonderful - by far the best hygienist I've ever had! She is always friendly, gentle and thorough. But that overwhelming fragrance from the wall plug dispenser in the waiting room is awful! My eyes were blurry and my head ached after just a few moments in the room. Please get rid of it - it's very bad for people to breathe in those chemical fragrances!
