Your Personnel were very helpful and caring about my comfort and my pain. They went out of their way to help me and take me to the adjoining building where the oral surgeon had his offices. Great staff and Medical professions Excellent service from arrival to departure
Friendly professional care I was totally satisfied with my appointment and the results. My visit was virtually pain free an My appointment was at 7:30 AM and my crown was installed and I was on my way by 10 AM. Dr. King and the two techs that assisted him were professional, friendly and genuinely cared about my comfort. Other than a very small sting to begin the numbing process, my entire procedure was painless. By about 1 PM, the numbness was completely gone and my teeth felt normal. I was totally satisfied.
Amazing quality of service The staff at Penrod office is the best. They make sure you are well taken care of. My visit each time I go is exactly what I expect going to the dentist should be A great feeling. Dr. King was amazing, smooth and quick. His assistant made me feel right at home. The team was the best. They have a high standard of professionalism and care for the client. I never enjoy going to the dentist but Dr. Penrod office and staff make me want to come back.t
