Mice infested Here for a year. Mice ate through a rubbermaid trashcan. Maintenance will provide complimentary glue traps. They have a revolving lease if you do not contact them before 60 day of lease renewal you will be forced to pay them 3 mos rent and your security deposit will not be included in this as I was informed its forfeited. stay away from this dump!

Terrible place to live. Everyone is moving out of this place. Intercom doesn't work for at least 2 years now. So, good luck getting packages delivered. And better remind all of your visitors as well. They won't fix anything and told us that they will NOT replace the intercom. Ridiculous. Many, many mice carrying all sorts of diseases. Roaches too.

Good Location, Horrible Managment This apartment complex is conveniently close to the city, without the city prices. I just don't like how when there's something that needs to be fixed, it is never done. You are told to put in a work order but months after it still isn't fixed. This post claims that it is a smoke free building, but that isn't the case. Neighbors smoke in the halls as well as their apartments making the entire building reek of smoke. Penzel Manor The apartment does have some good qualities, but the fact that certain things were not taken care of before I moved in is disconcerting. A light in the bathroom is broken and has yet to be fixed. An outlet does not have a cover for it because the one provided does not fit, as well as the fume hood in the kitchen not working properly. The fact that I've killed more insects than I'd like to admit is not very comforting. I just wish more attention to detail would have been paid. I hope the next tenant has better lu... read more
