Please beware that Dr. Irfan Pradhan at this location bills a copay for Wellness Exams. I challenged the copay at the time of the visit and was told by the girls at the front desk that everyone is charged a copay regardless of what service you are there for. When the claim was processed by UHC, I found out that Dr Pradhan billed me for cpt 99386 (Wellness Exam) & cpt 99497 (Advance Care Planning).
