The only reason I use Peoria Ford is out of convenience and Ford Pass Rewards. They ended up stripping one of my lug nuts on my tires. The oil change & tire rotation that was supposed to be covered with my RP Points (ie. Free) now is costing me more because I have to pay for a new set of lug nuts because I can't replace just one.
