I was greeted by a friendly service rep. He explained what services were available and what services were recommended. I selected what I wanted. He provided me with an estimated of the cost. He then arranged for transportation to return me to my home since the time was going to be about 4 hours to complete the services. When the services were completed, the service rep arranged for transportation to come to my home and pick me up and take me to the dealer ship. The experience was very pleasant.

I arrived early for the appointment and the Service personnel took care of me quickly. I expected to be waiting 3+ hours, but we were out in less than 90 minutes. Very polite and attentive personnel.
