Peoria Ford service department labor rate is outrageous almost twice what other dealers charge I can no longer recommend them to friends.
Had appointment for 11AM but it still took over 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotate. After Free Car Wash car still had smears of oil and grease on hood and driver door and windshield was apparently wiped with a greasy rag
Disappointed they don't offer the works oil change package here although the website states otherwise. Brought to service manager attention and was taken care of.
