I had a wonderful experience at Peoria ford because of your service person Deborah S. Although you couldn't use the key fob, I had to pay $430. She made it very less painful! She did give me updates very often. Because I was there 4 hours. She felt so bad but she just took care of me. Walk me to my truck as i'm older and I just made a friend that day. She and I were going over my phone records because I had sent in a survey about something and it had acted like it was supposed to be a complaint. But this one didn't stand out... read more

This was a mobile service for my F53 motorhome. The tech (I don't remember the young man's name) showed up on time and was very Pleasent. He explained what he was going to do, added some blankets to protect my driveway from oil and was done in about 45 min. I was so pleased with him and Peoria Ford for offering this service.
