The Nissan service department, mainly, Robert Lucero, has gone out of his way to make my experience in dealing with my car problems the best possible. He does an outstanding job, hes on top of everything immediately, and communicates diligently with me to keep me up-to-date.

Once again, they do not do a thorough job. Pluses - this time they actually cleaned my truck before they applied the ZakTek coating Minuses - once again - they failed to rotate my tires and I have to bring my truck back another time, which is a HUGE inconvenience. This happens often and it is frustrating.
