Very professional and quick service. Only problem was I had to pay for my Uber trips from and back to dealership. And they wasnt explained to me. I thought it was a customer courtesy because I wasnt aware. I didnt tip them.

I waited to write a review until having come here a few times. Appointments are timely and both the team behind the service counter/s and the overall appearance of the Service Center is top notch. I was also given a discount I wasn't aware of until after checkout once; thought that was pretty cool. Keep up the good service Peoria Nissan!

Service rep not very friendly. Very skeptical about the validity of my complaint about the vehicle. When I told him I was going to wait, and asked how long he thought it might be, he shrugged his shoulders and said, I dunno. Sat for an hour with no communication from him. Then he appeared and said vehicle was ready. So, ultimately a good outcome but his attitude was horrible and typical old man (salty) behavior.
