James Piasecki , my Service Advisor, was wonderful! He was thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He made sure my Juke was completely tested for an A/C issue. I left feeling very assured that everything had been done to instill my confidence. Thank you, James, for all you did to help me!

I brought my car in for a ZACTEK treatment. It was done in a short time and I left. when I arrived home later that morning, I noticed that the car had not been washed. In 4 and a half years I never had that happen. I didn't have time to go back to the dealer. Does this treatment only deal with the upper surfaces of the vehicle? There was still road residue on the sides and back of the car.
