Service was efficient and timely. Staff clearly explained what was being done. I am not sure why I was sent an email about a proposed action when I was just in the next room. Could staff have walked to confer with me?

The team at Peoria Nissan are nice people BUT they had my Pathfinder for just shy of a week to accomplish what needed to be done! That's just way too long to be without a vehicle. Parts needed came from Nissan so they should have been overnighted in so that the repairs could have been done in just a few days.
