While my car was repaired within the time frame given, I spent several hours waiting for contact about what the problem was when the technician failed to contact me about what was going on with my car. I eventually contacted the dealership.

Peoria Nissan did a good job servicing my vehicle and inspections for any needed repairs or maintenance items. I only gave 4 stars because of the 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. There reason is to cover their hifher costs. I will not be going back to cover my higher cost of doing business with Peoria Nissan.

Vehicle with serviced correctly, however when I returned to pick up the vehicle and we drove it home, we found that the windshield was cracked called the dealer. They had no idea. However, the Service Advisor indicated that he did make a note of it, but unfortunately, he didn't tell us, and we make a note of it on my paperwork BS
