Had a great experience with Al in service, originally took my vehicle to Sun Devil Auto for extended warranty work and was given a very high price due to the shop not accepting the warranty parts. Took it to Nissan and had no problems with my warranty parts being accepted. Will be brining my car to Nissan for all my service work from now on.

Recently had both, my Armada & my Frontier ProX serviced at Peoria Nissan (91st Ave. & Bell Rd.); very satisfied! Scott Clouse is the man! I always ask for him to oversee service for my vehicles.

I was treated very respectfully and I didn't have to wait long for my scheduled oil change. However, 3 items related to fluid on a free inspection report were rated as "failed". I was in a panic thinking my brake, coolant, and power steering fluids failed. When I questioned it, it turned out the mechanic went by when he thought the fluids were done last and not by seeing they were low. I was told to ignore them on the report. I still can't believe they were listed on the report as failed without actually being checked.
