Didn't even get a chance to take our 5 month old puppy to her 1st visit. One of the worst experiences I have ever been a part of. As an alumni, I chose this Dr almost exclusively for that reason and that when I visited with her a couple weeks ago, she spent :30 minutes talking about KSU, our puppy, their services, everythng was great, was looking forward to our 1st visit. Our computer sends out a confirmation e-mail two days prior to appointments and shows that it sent one to you. Unfortunately my opinion has changed on this vet drastically. Before today I was all in. In fact, I had called and scheduled another service for one of our dogs. When I called after making the new appointment, the secretary informed me that we had a $72 balance. The balance was from a mistake that the veterinarian had made NOT a mistake of ours. People, let me say this, the free first exam was a joke! My pups temperature wasn't taken, her nails weren't tipped, her heart and lungs were not even listened to. But, they were happy enough to charge $85.98 for just a first round of puppy shots and deworming, which she had received two weeks prior.
