Excellent service from entering the door til leaving. Dr. Ivy was amazing! Answered all questions with understandable explanations. Professional & down to earth. All office staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Nellie, Victoria & Lachlann were extremely welcoming & knew their jobs! The way you are treated couldn’t be any better. From the minute you walk in the door to when you leave every one is just plain excellent.
Amazing experience with Dr. Ivy. She was gentle and carful with the procedure and I had complete faith and trust with her. After a not so great experience with another dentist, this was in a league of its own. The staff are wonderful and they work together in such a way that they know and expect what the other is thinking. The spa-like atmosphere really helps with white coat syndrome and you get a goodie bag at the end. Not sure how many people come out smiling and laughing after a root canal but I did. I know a root canal is no one’s idea of a good time but sometimes these things happen. I was terrified mostly because I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Perry and her staff are so calming and friendly as well as attentive and professional I was not scared anymore. Dr. Perry explained every step, her presence is very calming and reassuring. I have had problems with my teeth since I was a small child. Over the years I have had many dentists. Dr. Perry and her whole office/dental staff are among the best I have ever encountered. The office has state of the art equipment and the surroundings make you feel you're in a pleasant, caring spa.
