I have tried other places, but this place is the best one to take care of my little "killer" pooch, they care about your pet. All of the employees that I have interacted with are welcoming. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!

I took my Siberian husky to Pet Paradise on Azalea and Buford Drive this morning for her first grooming there with Tiffanie. It was a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door to the time I left with my dog, looking beautiful! a couple of hours later. I appreciated that I could speak with Tiffanie before hand and she did an outstanding job. I paid less here than my former place and Tiffany did a much better job than the groomer there. I'm so happy they're in the neighborhood!!!!

I should be more consistent with taking my dog to "All-Day Dog Play", but I slack. However, I always feel at ease when I bring my dog to Pet paradise. He gets excited from the time we turn into the parking lot to the time they quickly check him in. The pet experts do not disappear after a couple months like other places I've been, so it's nice to see they remember my baby like he does them. The cameras always work, unlike many other places. Our golden retriever, Skyline, loves this place. We have tried to take him weekly since our oldest dog passed away. He LOVES the staff and the pool. The socializing is great. We have had him groomed there also at the same time as daycare; it is affordable, and convenient & they have been amazing! SO happy this spot has opened near us~

unfortunately I will NEVER return to this facility! they skipped two of my French bulldogs feedings which he eats fresh food and this is not my dogs first time at this facility so all the information is in the computer. Secondly they cut my dogs paw while grooming him but tried to blame it on everything versus taking accountability that it was done at that time, I know this as I took my dog to his veterinarIan when we left their facility and I ended up having to buy ointment and spray for the cuts so that they wouldn't get ... read more

We brought our pup here for the first time for a groom. He has allergies and was on cough meds. He also has terrible anxiety and all of this attributed to him having a runny nose. My husband told the lady at drop off that he had a runny nose and was on meds. He then explained it again to the groomer. Neither said anything about that being a problem and my husband left. Very disappointed!!! I brought my dog in for a grooming. I was expecting a regular schnauzer cut same as my last visit. I brush my dog's fur daily to reduce the amount of matting that may occur. The groomer did inform me that she may have to do an even cut in order to get rid of some of the matting on the belly area. However, she did not fully explain that included taking ALL of the fur completely off of my dog's body. When I arrived, I found my dog completely shaved FROM HEAD TO PAW!
