I had an amazing experience boarding my dogs, Whitney and Starr, at Pet Paradise! From the moment I walked in, I could tell the dogs were having a great time. Seeing them happily playing and entertaining themselves in the pool immediately put my mind at ease. The staff was incredibly attentive, caring, and professional throughout the entire stay. I've used Pet Paradise four times and each experience has been positive. The last time my dogs were groomed was the best haircut and nails they've had from any groomer. When I board my dogs, I know they will be kept safe and in a clean environment. Pet Paradise seems to have great protocols to keep the dogs safe and that is what is most important to me.

Dogs are healthy and happy. That's all that matters. They seem to enjoy themselves. We also use the grooming service and are happy with service.

This is, I think, the third time I've used this business. I was able to get a boarding reservation the night before, which was very convenient. They are super friendly. When I called to inquire as to how my dog was doing, they were able to tell me details. Viewing the dogs on the camera, it looked like the employees there interacted a bit with the dogs and the dogs looked happy. I will use them again!

The front desk is a disaster.The groomer jasmine is awful doesn't come out to take the dog or when you pick them up. First grooming she sent my 13vyear old Rudy with a cut on his foot did not tell us.My second visit with my 4 year old she old did half of the full treatment we paid for never seen her now we know why no triim ears tail and no brush on either. Ended up trying to trim her tail ourselves nip her tail with scissors would not stop bleeding had to cut a pice of tail off to stop bleeding cost us $400. Will never go b... read more

The only good thing I can say, is at least my babies didn't contract kennel cough like the other reviews had said. Aside from that, BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS! While they have webcams, they're only in a select handful of "convenient" places. If your fur baby is not outdoors or in the ONE indoor area, you're not going to see them the entire visit which was unbeknownst to me. I went there to check the place out before boarding my dogs. I saw a play room with about 7 dogs and 2 humans just standing around. no interaction and no toys . I saw one kennel with a dog laying on his bed looking very sad with nothing to play with. I thought it seemed very warm during my visit and the smell was bad. won`t be staying there

If I could give it a negative, I would! Boarded my fur babies for 10 days - in a VIP kennel. My Great Dane came home with 'kennel sores' on both of her front legs! It's like she was only taken out to potty only. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it was probably a reaction to her getting in their pool! And that 'stuff like this happens to older dogs' - she is only 3! My dog got sick from this place & the staff never notified me of other dogs coughing or reporting being sick. CIRD (kennel cough) is diagnosed and treatable, but aCIRD, is a different form of kennel cough that will not show up on a PCR test and there is no vaccines and medicines that have been working for this. Please don't bring your dog there if they have been coughing. This type of infection has been killing dogs and highly contageous.
