This is, I think, the third time I've used this business. I was able to get a boarding reservation the night before, which was very convenient. They are super friendly. When I called to inquire as to how my dog was doing, they were able to tell me details. Viewing the dogs on the camera, it looked like the employees there interacted a bit with the dogs and the dogs looked happy. I will use them again!
If I could give it a negative, I would! Boarded my fur babies for 10 days - in a VIP kennel. My Great Dane came home with 'kennel sores' on both of her front legs! It's like she was only taken out to potty only. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it was probably a reaction to her getting in their pool! And that 'stuff like this happens to older dogs' - she is only 3! Now I know she was in the kennel with our other dog, and she probably let him have the bed so she was on the hard floor, but, then couldn't ... read more
