Wonderful and polite staff, worked with me since I have three cats, I’m excited to know they have boarding for the rare occasion I travel. My cats weren’t as happy as I was about it, but the more they get used to the staff the better they’ll tolerate it. The vet was so sweet to them and understanding of my male ex Feral boy’s fear of people! I’m really happy to have such a good vet close by to my new house!
My baby dog Vicki got a serious life-threatening infection. The staff fit her in for an emergency office visit within 30 mins of me calling, and my dog had life-saving emergency surgery within hours. Now my dog is doing wonderful, and I am so grateful to this veterinary staff!
Everyone is so nice and makes me feel as if my dog is the most important one that has walked through the door that day. I love how all the doctors treat my sweet boy. Dr. Greenlaw gets down on the floor with him and talks to him and loves on him before he even thinks about treating him. It truly makes my dog more comfortable and willing to do what is asked of him. Had such an amazing experience with my pet & Dr.Greenlaw at the emergency pet hospital I changed from my pets regular vet of 12 years to his regular office.The staff at Pet Docks are the difference!They are so courteous & welcoming very different from the old place.My dog didn't act severely nervous at Pet Docks like her old vets office.She use to shake really bad & slobber going to the vet.She hated that place but on a new road now & we are so thankful. I give 10 🌟 we don't mind a 40 min drive for excellent care
Staff are very friendly. Was not happy with the wait time during my last visit but they are usually quick and thorough. Price was more than I was expecting for antibiotics, year-long heart worm shot and annual vaccines/check up.
