At first I was taken in by all the bells and whistles and the radio show. Don't be fooled when you get in the office, they'll ask you if you need all sorts of extras at every turn. Then they don't always "hear" what you're telling them about your pet. If mistakes are made, they won't accept even partial responsibility. Liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
