It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. Arizona Rug Co. recently completed cleaning and restoring our rugs for us and we could not be more impressed with the quality of their work. The older and larger of the rugs no longer looks 42 years old. I recommend, as a designer, taking care of quality rugs in order to enjoy them fully. It also needs to be said that this company has a varied selection of rugs available from the well stocked showrooms, both in Tempe and Scottsdale, with knowledgeable sales staff.
It was great. They are pretty quick. Everything worked well afterwards.
Work performed and completed in a timely fashion. This was done despite the fact that it was agonizingly hot that day and the effort required digging up the old line which ran under our side walk.
My dear neighbors shoveled us out, so I canceled the snow removal. I also use them for landscaping, weeding in the spring/summer, and removing leaves in the fall. THey do a great job!
