They were easy to work with and helpful. Scheduling was fine. The installers were efficient. They supply our heating oil and service the burner and AC unit. We received another estimate and I felt they would be able to do the work well at a comparable price.
They are pretty good. I never even meet the person, they just mail me the bill.
The air conditioning was great, and actually anything I had them do was fine. They are excellent and very professional.
They do plumbing, heating and air conditioning and a lot of different things. They are coming today too. The services they have done for me is a part of the contract.
There pricing is not competitive. It is hard to get a price quote oil, because you have to go through so many loop holes to get the answer that you are looking for. The maintenance and delivery are good. It is just a hassle to contact the company by phone. Price shown is per gallon.

I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM WHICH I THINK IS VERY REASONABLE. THEY COME PROMPTLY AND ALWAYS GET THE JOB DONE. THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE ON TIME. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR TWENTY YEARS.
I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY ARE USUALLY PROMPT AND PUNCTUAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THE PRICING IS ALSO REASONABLE. I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM.
